The noise from the elevators was disruptive, particularly at night!!! The small room sizes really cramped our style and made it tough to unwind comfortably!!!

Staff were exceptionally welcoming, making our stay enjoyable despite some noise issues from the street and shared amenities. Worth considering for your next trip!

Convenient Urban Retreat

I enjoyed a delightful stay in the cozy king room. Bebe, at check-in, was wonderfully helpful and even provided us with a welcome bag. The nearby breakfast options, though limited, were satisfying. Tip, bring earplugs just in case as walls can be thin!

best western premier has a fantastic location near penn station and times square, making it super easy to explore the city. the breakfast was delicious with real scrambled eggs, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, especially the guy who helped with our bags.

Great location and friendly staff!

Had a nice 2-night stay just off 5th Ave. The location is awesome, super close to the subway. Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Majid at the bar. The breakfast was a good deal too! Only downside, it got a bit noisy at night, but they have earplugs which helped.

The location of this place is excellent, close to everything you need, subway right there! We rocked up late at night and the staff were so helpful,, instantly checked us in and we could just head out to explore right away.
